Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 27, 2026. Cometsq is operated as a recommendation platform for Indian gaming enthusiasts.
⚠️ Important: Cometsq is a recommendation platform, not a betting operator. We do not handle bets, process UPI payments, or manage player accounts. These terms govern your use of the Cometsq website. When you click a link to a third-party gaming platform, that platform's terms apply.
1. About Cometsq
Cometsq ($cometsq.com) is an independent Indian gaming recommendation platform operated from Bangalore, India. We review, rank, and compare cricket betting apps, slot games, Teen Patti platforms, Andar Bahar rooms, and Satta Matka markets. We do not operate any gaming platform, accept bets, process deposits or withdrawals, or hold player funds. All "Play Now" and "Download" buttons on Cometsq link to third-party platforms that we have reviewed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Come App. We require age verification for any account features. Users from Telangana, Assam, Odisha, and Sikkim should check their local laws before clicking through to any gaming platform, as these states have restrictions on online gaming. Cometsq does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legal in your state, consult a qualified Indian lawyer.
3. Cometsq Services
Cometsq provides the following free services to Indian players:
- • Game reviews: We test and review slot games, cricket betting platforms, Teen Patti rooms, and Andar Bahar tables.
- • Provider directory: We list 46+ game providers with verified RTP, volatility, and max win data.
- • Tournament listings: We display slot tournament information sourced from public data.
- • Payment guides: We document UPI deposit and withdrawal processes for reviewed platforms.
- • Bonus comparisons: We compare welcome bonuses, promo codes, and VIP programs across platforms.
- • FAQ and help content: We answer common questions about cricket betting, fantasy cricket apps alternatives, and Indian gaming apps.
All content on Cometsq is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Game data (RTP, volatility, max win) is sourced from game providers and may change without notice.
4. Third-Party Platforms
When you click a "Play Now," "Join Table," "Download," or similar button on Cometsq, you leave our website and visit a third-party gaming platform. Cometsq is not responsible for the content, policies, payment processes, game fairness, or customer service of any third-party platform. Each platform has its own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy. Read them before creating an account or making a UPI deposit.
Cometsq may receive referral commissions from some platforms we review. This does not affect our review scores, rankings, or editorial content. We review every platform using the same criteria regardless of whether we earn a commission.
5. UPI and Payment Information
Cometsq provides information about UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay cards, bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). However, Cometsq does not process any payments. All deposits and withdrawals happen on the third-party platform you choose to play on. We are not responsible for failed UPI transactions, delayed withdrawals, or payment disputes on third-party platforms. Contact the platform's support team for payment issues.
6. Data We Collect
Cometsq collects minimal user data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not store your Aadhaar, PAN, UPI ID, bank details, or KYC documents. Any such information you provide goes directly to the third-party platform, not to Come App.
7. Copyright and Content
All reviews, articles, comparisons, and original content on Cometsq are copyrighted by Come App. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission. Game images and provider logos are sourced from publicly available data and remain the property of their respective owners. Tournament data is sourced from slotslaunch.com and other public sources.
8. Disclaimer
Cometsq is an informational website. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal gambling. Gaming laws in India are complex and vary by state. Skill-based gaming (cricket betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) may be legal in some states and restricted in others. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your state. Cometsq does not provide legal advice. If you have questions about the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cometsq is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of third-party gaming platforms. We are a recommendation service. If you lose money on a platform we reviewed, that is between you and that platform. If a platform fails to pay your UPI withdrawal, contact their support team, not ours. We do our best to review platforms honestly, but we cannot guarantee any platform's behavior.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Cometsq after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
